    Hi, I'm Samantha and I have found that the practice of mindfulness meditation helps me keep sane in my very busy life and I am passionate about helping other women go from overwhelmed to finding relief and joy in their messy beautiful lives. Through easily accessible, everyday mindful living practices, I have  completely transformed my life. I am a holistic Nurse Practitioner integrating mind/body practices to achieve optimal health and healing.
