Week 2-Sleep intentions (meditative and energetic practices to facilitate restorative sleep)
Week 3- Sleep Hygiene (lifestyle practices including diet and technology that can be used to facilitate a restful environment)
Week 4- Putting it all together (creating your custom sleep plan (including supplements, recommendations and referrals for sleep disorders)
